free parking below old town, narrow sloped streets, charming old furniture

Those steep walks uphill from the car park are not for the faint-hearted!!! The single beds are as hard as rocks, and the bathroom finishes feel stuck in the past. Upgrade or update those dated rooms already!!!

The staff were hospitable, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring I felt welcomed. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight, with fine panoramic views of the valley and a lovely spread of food.

No negative aspects to report.

The hotel was in a superb location in Cortona and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. A fabulous view from the dining room and the antiquity of the hotel itself made it an unusual and unforgetable experience. A hotel that we would recommend.

There could have been slightly more variety in the breakfast menu.

A wide array of food at the plentiful breakfast. Modest rooms, good bed, friendly personnel. Location - amazing and good, short walk to the main square of Cortona, centro alla piazza principale di Cortona and local bars. A wide array of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue: )

The views from my Junior Suite were fine, but the bathroom felt outdated.

We had an exceptionally comfortable room with a spectacular view, appreciated it...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

it was in the heart of cortona, and very close to piazza della repubblica. the service was fantastic and the food was outstanding.

The bathroom was quite small.

Charming stays with Tuscan views

Waking up to the beautiful panoramic view of the Tuscan scenery from the breakfast terrace was lovely! The staff was cute, and our room was both spacious and comfortable.

The staff were helpful and the hotel is pleasant and conveniently located. It was good to have the catalogues of the museum and the Louvre exhibition in the foyer.

The location is in the center of Cortons, walking to bus station and all there is to see in town.Very quiet , so you sleep well. The staff is very friendly!

Hard to get to the hotel with your car, you have to park outside the wall. The trainstation is 5 Km down, so you need a taxi. The TV is small and has no SKY pragrams. You have free WIFI only with your own PC, other wise it is E 7 for an hour.

Ramona and Diego's hospitality transformed our stay! The breakfast spread on the rooftop was amazing. Highly recommend this gem!

This hotel is ideally situated for a visit to Cortona. The staff are helpful and accommodating. They leave the building at aruond 9.30/10.00pm and the main door is locked. However, you have a key to the side-door which, along with your room-key you carry about with you, so that you have access at all times. In the event of an of emergency during the night, you can conatact a staff-member ont he telephone. Our room was spacious and modestly furnished and the the bathroom spacious and spotless. Breakfast is excellent and the dining room has breathtakingly-spectacular views. Our departure was 30 mins before breakfast-time (8.00), but the staff were extremely helpful in arranging for us to have breakfast 45 minutes early, My wife and I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Location as it is just 50 metre from the Piazza Della Republica, the breakfast setting with lovely view of the town, professional staff.

The breakfast spread was a lovely way to start my day, especially with the views from the terrace. I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge areas and taking in the charming decor throughout the hotel. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really take away from my experience. 😊
